​Ollie Bartosh
Director & Head Coach
Ollie is the founder of The Racket and first started playing tennis at the age of four. He competed in countless tournaments as a junior and played Caro Bowl Reserve. He has over 17 years’ experience coaching junior and senior players. Ollie has coached beginner to advanced & high performance players, including some of New Zealand's top age group juniors.

Emma Eccleton
Director & Head Coach
Emma has played tennis from the age of 5 and has competed domestically and internationally in ITF tournaments. As a high-performance player Emma competed in Caro Bowl and quickly gravitated to tennis coaching from the age of 13. She has been head coach at multiple Auckland clubs and enjoys working with players of all ages and skill levels while creating an environment that is best suited to the player/s and their goals.

Adrian Lagman
Senior Performance Coach
Adrian first started playing tennis when he was 7. After one year he started playing competitively and developed a major love for the sport. Key achievements in Adrian’s tennis career include a career high ranking of 4th in NZ juniors (2016), being an NZ Representative in 2016, played in an international tournament at the IMG Academy and obtaining a ranking of #1357 in the ITF Juniors Circuit.

Adrian’s coaching career first kicked off when he was recruited as a hitting partner for many top NZ up-and-coming juniors at various top tennis academies in NZ. His passion soon grew for coaching, and he pursued this in 2019. He coaches all ages and abilities, with a particular focus and passion for high-performance tennis.

Andy Chiang
Senior Performance Coach
Andy has been playing tennis since he was 8 years old. He has competed extensively in tournaments and competitions through school and clubs, representing Auckland Grammar School in their Premier team and Remuera Rackets in their Caro Reserve team.
Andy has a passion for teaching the game of tennis and has coached beginners through to competition level players of all ages. He loves to empower players with the skills and knowledge to excel on the court.
