Cancellation Policy

​Cancellation Policy Wet Weather Policy: It is our policy at The Racket to always get on court if conditions allow it. We will only postpone or cancel a session if the weather is extremely poor, and the courts are unplayable. The coach in charge of the session will make a call whether the lesson goes ahead, 1 hour or half an hour before a session, via text message. We will refund for rain cancellations, however if the player has attended previous make up sessions; Make up sessions will cancel out rain credits owed. Group Lesson Cancellation Policy: When you sign up for a group lesson this is a commitment for the entire school term (term length can vary, normally 8 - 10 weeks). If you are unable to make the session or your child cannot make the session, a make-up session of the same class on another day will be offered if space is available. No refunds or credits will be given for players who are not attending sessions  or who have exited during the term due to change of mind/schedule. If we complete 30 mins of the session, the full rate of the session will be charged. If there is space available inside the club to work on tactics/fitness/scoring; we will finish the session inside. Private Lesson Cancellation Policy: Our coaches are extremely busy at the club and need more than 24 hours' notice before a cancellation is made by the client. 24 hours allows the coach time to fill the time slot. If inadequate time is given,  you will still be charged for the full price of the session. Obviously unforeseen circumstances may be out of your control, in these certain situations you will not be charged for the session. If you have any questions, please let us know.
